Here’s a sample of what passes for strategic planning at a norcalsailing.com ‘meeting’: “Hey, I know, let’s stick a wide-angle camera on a Wylie Wabbit!” “We can put the helmet cam on the wire-rider!” We just got lucky that we picked the winning monohull/second place finisher, Erik Menzel’s often-renamed #35, in Richmond YC’s Ides of March pursuit race.
